In this episode of Drew Estate Pairings, we paired High West Double Rye and our ACID One Cigar. An oddball pairing, for sure, but a pairing that ended up working out quite well! To be quite honest, we were grasping at straws on this one, but it turned out to be a great pairing. High West is a Utah-based distillery producing some outstanding whiskeys.
